Present:       Sh.Ravi Sharma complainant in person alongwith counsel

       Sh.A.B.Sharma, Advocate.

                   Sh.Rishi Bansal, Advocate for OP1.

                   OP2 and OP3 exparte.

 

                   Sh.Rishi Bansal, Adv. filed POA on behalf of OP1. Settlement has been effected between the parties. Pursuant to which, Sh.Rishi Bansal, Adv. for OP1 has suffered a statement that the OP1 has instructed to me to settle the matter with the complainant and OP1 has agreed to pay Rs.6300/- to the complainant in lump sum as full and final settled amount. OP1 shall pay the amount within 20 days from today.

                   On the other hand, Sh.Ravi Sharma, complainant alongwith Sh.A.B.Sharma, Adv. has suffered a statement that he has heard the statement of cl. for OP1 and he agreed to the above said compromise. The complainant shall remain bound by this compromise. The complainant shall return the original mobile, original bill, accessories at the time of receiving of the amount.  As such, he withdraws the present complaint and the same may kindly be dismissed as compromised.

                   In view of statement suffered by complainant Sh.Ravi Sharma, the present complaint stands dismissed as compromised. Parties shall remain bound by their statements. However, OP1 is directed to pay the amount of Rs.6300/- to the complainant within 20 days from today, failing which, OP1 is liable to pay Rs.500/- as penalty to the complainant. File be consigned to record room.
