Statement of Sh.V.S. Duggal Counsel for O.P-1 recorded to the effect that the matter has been amicably settled. As per settlement the opposite party is ready to pay Rs. 14,900/- the price of the mobile set as full and final settlement and a time of 30 days be given to make the payment. On the other hand, statement of Sh. Pankaj Bansal Counsel for complainant recorded to the effect that he accepted the offer of the opposite party on behalf of complainant and withdraw the present complaint.

As the matter has been amicably settled, the opposite party is directed to make the payment within 30 days, failing which the complainant is entitled to interest @ 12% per annum. In view of the statements of the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to records.
