The matter has been amicably settled. Statement of Sh. V.S. Duggal Counsel for O.P-1 recorded to the effect that the opposite party No. 1 is ready to pay Rs. 10,000/- price of the mobile and Rs. 1,000/- as compensation and Rs. 500/- as litigation expenses to the complainant i.e in total Rs. 11,500/- as full and final settlement of the claim of the complainant and 45 days time be given for the payment. On the other hand statement of Sh. Pankaj Kumar Singla Counsel for complainant also recorded to the effect that he accept the offer made by the opposite party No. 1 and withdraw the present complaint on behalf of complainant. In view of the statements of the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn as fully satisfied. However, parties are bound by their statements. The opposite party No. 1 is directed to pay the amount of Rs. 11,500/- within 45 days. In case the amount is not made within the said period, the complainant is entitled to interest @ 15% per annum from the date of default till realization. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to records.
