2.         M/S IPhone Mobile Shopee, DSS No.  321, Sector 20, Panchkula.

3.         M/S Abacus System SCO  824, NAC, Manimajra, Above Indian Bank, Chandigarh through its Manager.

Present:          Ms. Anurag Goyal,  Advocate for the complainant.

                       Mr.Amandeep Singh, Advocate for Ops no. 1 & 3.

None for op no.2.

                       

                        Today the case was fixed for filing fresh address of op no.2 and for filing written statement alongwith entire evidence of ops no. 1 and 3. At this stage counsel for ops no. 1 and 3 has made a separate statement in which he states that OP no.1  offer  to pay Rs. 5700/- + 2500/-  as full and final settlement. The cheque will be handed over within a period of 30 days.

                        Counsel for the complainant has also made a separate statement in which she states that  she accept the abovesaid offer on behalf of the complainant. The complainant will return the accessories I;e Head Phone, charger and box of the said mobile alongwith jobsheet . In view of the statement  of advocate of op no.1and 3  she withdraw  her present complaint on behalf of the complainant.

                        Heard. In view of the statements made by the counsel for the ops no. 1 and 3 and for the counsel for the complainant it is made clear that the matter has been settled between the parties. Hence in view of the statement made by the counsel for the complainant the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn .  We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
