COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Present:           Complainant in person.

                        OP No-2 and 3 are already ex-parte vide order dated 18-7-2016.

                        Sh. Amandeep singh Advocate counsel for the OP No-1.

                       

                                     Today the case was fixed for filing of written statement by OP No-1 as well as entire evidence. At this stage, learned counsel for the OP No-1 has made a separate statement in which he tendered a cheque bearing No-001779, dated 25-8-2016 amounting to Rs.9000/- as full and final settlement.

       On the other hand complainant made statement separately that the matter has been compromised between the parties and he received the cheque bearing No-001779, dated 25-8-2016 amounting to Rs.9000/- as full and final settlement.  Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So, he wants to withdraw his present complaint being fully satisfied.

                        Heard. In view of the statement, it is made clear that the compromise has been made out. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
