Counsel for opposite party No.1 got recorded his statement dated 15.07.2016 that opposite party No.1 is ready to make payment of mobile hand set i.e.Rs.14,500/- to the complainant after receiving the original bill, job sheet and other accessories within one month from today as full and final settlement of the claim of the complainant. Complainant also got recorded his statement that he is agreed to receive Rs.14,500/- as full and final settlement of his claim and he shall return the original bill, job sheet and other accessories at the time of receiving the payment. In the light of the statements of the parties, the present complaint is disposed of with the direction to opposite party No.1 that they shall pay Rs.14,500/- to the complainant within one month from today and the complainant is directed to handover the mobile hand hand set along with the original bill, job sheet and other accessories to opposite party No.1 at the time of receiving the payment. Keeping in view the peculiar circumstances of this case, parties are left to bear their own costs. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs under the rules. File be consigned to the record room.
