Parties have effected the compromise. Counsel for the Opposite Party No.1 made a statement that Opposite Party No.1 is ready to pay the price of the mobile hand set in dispute to the tune of Rs.7700/- within one month from today. The mobile hand set is already with the Opposite Party No.2. At this stage, Sh.Arun Gupta, Advocate Counsel for the Complainant also recorded a statement that the complainant has no objection, if the Opposite Party No.1 return the price of the mobile hand set in question to the tune of Rs.7700/- to the complainant within one month from the date of passing of order of this Forum, failing which the Opposite Parties no.1 shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% on the amount stated above w.e.f. the date of passing of the order till realisation. If no compliance is made within a stipulated period, the Complainant shall be entitled to get the order enforced through indulgence of this forum. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties, free of costs under the rules. File be consigned to the record room.
