Sh.Manuj Aggarwal, Advocate Counsel for Opposite Party No.1.

Counsel for the Opposite Party No.1, Sh.Manuj Aggarwal, Advocate suffered a statement that the Opposite Party No.1 is ready to pay sale price of mobile hand set i.e Rs.8499/- and accordingly the Complainant is bound to provide the original bill along with old mobile handset and all accessories to Opposite Party No.1 at the time of receiving the said amount.

Accordingly, Counsel for the Complainant suffered a statement that he has heard the above said statement of Counsel for the Opposite Party No.1 and accept the same.

As parties have got amicably compromised, So accordingly, parties are bound by their statements and Opposite Party No.1 will return the sale price of the mobile hand set i.e. Rs.8499/- within one month from the date of receipt of copy of the order after receiving the old mobile handset, original bill and its all accessories, failing which the Opposite Party No.1 will liable to pay interest on the disputed amount @ 9% interest from the date of filing of complaint till its realization. Accordingly, this complaint is dismissed. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs under the rules. File be consigned to the record room.
