Present:       Sh.Manish Midha, Advocate for complainant.

                   Sh.Rishi Bansal, Advocate for OP1.

                   Op2 ex-parte.

                                     

                   Ms. Babita, Ld. Member has not come present today. Compromise has been arrived between the parties qua which, statements of Sh.Rishi Bansal, Advocate for OP1 and Sh.Manish Midha, Advocate for complainant have been recorded. Counsel for the OP1 has undertaken to refund the amount of Rs.3850/- to the complainant within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order, failing which, he will liable to pay interest @12% p.a. from today till recovery. Origninal job sheet will be handed over by the complainant to the OP1 at the time of receipt of the amount.

                   In view of the abovesaid recorded statements, this complaint stands disposed off with the directions that OP1 will refund the amount of Rs.3850/- to the complainant within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order, failing which, OP1 shall be liable to pay interest @12% p.a. from today till recovery. Complainant will handover the original job sheet to the OP1 at the time of receipt of the amount. Copy of order be supplied to the parties. File be indexed and consigned.
