Present:       Sh.J.S.Chhabra, Advocate for complainant.

                   Sh.Rishi Bansal, Advocate for OP1.

                   Sh.Randeep Singh, Advocate for OP3.

                   OP4 exparte.   

 

                   Today, case is fixed for filing correct address of OP2. At this stage settlement has been effected between the parties. Pursuant to which, Sh.Rishi Bansal, Adv. for OP1 has suffered a statement that the OP1 has instructed him to settle the matter with the complainant, as such the OP1 is agreed to return the amount of Rs.7000/- to the complainant in lump sum as full and final claim amount within 20 days from today.

                   On the other hand, Sh.J.S.Chhabra, Adv. for complainant has suffered a statement that the complainant has instructed him to compromise the matter with the OPs. He has heard the statement of Ld. Counsel for OP1 and he on behalf of complainant agreed to the same and he accepts the said offer. The complainant shall not claim anything in future except the amount of Rs.7000/- from the OP1. The complainant shall bound by this statement. The complainant shall return the original mobile set, accessories and original bill at the time of receiving of original cheque of the settled amount. As such, the complainant does not want to pursue with the present complaint and the same may kindly be dismissed as compromised.

                   In view of statement suffered by Ld. counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as compromised. Parties shall remain bound by their statements. However, OP1 is directed to pay the amount of Rs.7000/- to the complainant within 20 days from today, failing which, OP1 is liable to pay Rs.500/- as penalty to the complainant. File be consigned to record room.
