Present:         Complainant in person.

                        Sh.Daljeet Singh, Office Incharge/Representative on behalf of OP.

                                                            ORDER

                       

1.                     The case was taken up today in the Lok Adalat. The matter has been settled between the parties. The complainant has made statement for withdrawal of the execution application, which is reproduced as under:

“Statement of Sh.Raj Karan Gupta s/o Sh.Mohan Lal Gupta, Complainant in person.

 

The matter has been settled between the parties. The OP has replaced the TV in question with new one of the same model i.e. Samsung Colour TV Model 29A730 and issued bill No.474 dated 21.1.2010. I have received Rs.550/- in cash from OP towards cost. Now nothing is due towards OP. Hence, I withdraw my execution application being fully satisfied.”

 

2.                     In view of the statement made by the complainant, the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn.

3.                     Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
