ORDER

Counsel for both the parties have filed a Joint Memo reporting to have settled the claim between them in which the Op has agreed to refund Rs.1,04,800/- to the complainant with interest @ 18% p.a from the date of respective deposits till the date of payment. It is also agreed between them that Op shall pay that amount with interest within 3 months from the date of this order. Hence, the complaint is disposed off in terms of the joint memo filed and we pass the following order. O R D E R Complaint is allowed in terms of joint memo filed. Op shall refund Rs.1,04,800/- to the complainant with interest @ 18% p.a from the date of respective deposits till the date of repayment. Op shall pay that amount with interest within 3 months from the date of this order. Parties to bear their own cost. MEMBER MEMBER PRESIDENT
