ORDER

Advocate for both parties have filed a Jt. Memo for taking up the case to today. File is taken on board. They have filed a Jt. Memo under which Op has agreed to refund Rs.60,000/- with interest @ 18% p.a to the complainant within two months. For which the complainant has agreed. Hence, as per Jt. Memo, we pass the following order. O R D E R Complaint is allowed. Op is directed to pay Rs.60,000/- to the complainant with interest @ 18% p.a from the date of respective deposit/s until it is repaid. Op shall pay that amount with interest within two months from today. Op shall pay cost of Rs.2,000/- to the complainant. MEMBER MEMBER PRESIDENT
