ORDER

     Today the parties have settled the dispute in sum of Rs.4500/-. OP has made the payment of Rs.4500/- to the complainant. In view of the statement in the shape of endorsement made by the complainant on the order sheet, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
