Complaint case is that complainant made an agreement with the OP in the year 1994 for purchasing a flat. The consideration money of the flat was given by the complainant to the OP. The complainant got possession of the flat with relevant certificate of possession. The price of the flat was Rs. 2,29,710/- and complainant made the full payment in the year 1994. But OP No. 1 did not register the flat in favour of the complainant. Hence, this case for registration of the flat. The incident took place in the year 1994 but the complainant has filed this case in the year and on 18.05.2018. Two years have already passed from the date of cause of action when he got possession of the flat. During long 22 years he remained silent. So, this case is time barred and prayer of admission of the case, in the light of the fact embodied in the complaint is rejected.

            Order accordingly, that the case is not admitted and is dismissed due to over of limitation period.
