The complainant along with Ld Lawyer is physically present . The complainant received the cheque No 33070 dt 27/03/2017 amounting to Rs 157206.89 / The complainant has been Identified by the Ld Advocate Rohit Kumar . the complainant has also filed one petition supported by affidavit that in this case the full amount has been paid to her by the op and hence she does not want to proceed with the case further . therefore she may be allowed to withdraw this case . under the aforesaid circumstance this case is dismissed as withdrawn on full satisfaction .
