Present - Sh.Akhil Chopra, Advocate Counsel for the Complainant

Sh.A.K.Gandhi, Advocate Counsel for the Opposite Party No.1 & 2.

Counsel for the Opposite Party No.1 & 2 Sh.A.K.Gandhi, Advocated suffered a statement which is recorded in the Forum on 02.01.2017 to the effect that the Opposite Party No.1 & 2 are ready to pay Rs.25,330/- to the complainant as full and final settlement within 45 days and further stated that award may kindly be passed accordingly. Similarly Counsel for the Complainant Sh.Akhil Chopra, Advocate after hearing the statement of Counsel for the Opposite Parties admitted the same by stating that he agree with the statement of Counsel for Opposite Party No.1 & 2 and further stated that the present complaint may be decided accordingly.

As both the parties got compromise amicably, so accordingly complaint of the complainant is accepted and in terms of compromise, Opposite Party No.1 & 2 is liable to pay Rs.25,330/- to the complainant within 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order. If Opposite Party No.1 & 2 fails to make the payment of the aforesaid amount of Rs.25,330/- within 45 days, then the complainant will be entitled to get interest of the aforesaid amount of Rs.25,330/- @ 9% per annum from the date of order till realisation. Accordingly this complaint is disposed of. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs, as per Rules and thereafter file be consigned to the record room.
