At the time of arguments, on intervention and persuasion of this Commission, both the parties have settled the matter and it is agreed that the appellant/complainant will pay an amount of Rs.11,000/- towards full and final settlement of claimed raised by the respondent/Opposite Party. The amount shall be paid within 15 days from today.

                 The above-said compromise has been accepted by the Counsel for the respondent/Opposite Party.

                 In view of above-said terms, this appeal stands disposed of.

                 Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.

                 File be consigned to the Record room after completion.
