Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 22.05.2018. Complainant is not appearing for last two dates of hearing i.e. 16.05.2023 and 14.09.2023. On the second last date of hearing i.e. 16.05.2023 complainant was granted last opportunity to address arguments. Today also complainant is absent. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well as for non prosecution.
