                   Shri Ashok Vohra, counsel for OPs No.1 & 5. 

 

          Today the case was fixed for issuance of notice to OPs No.3 & 4 on filing of copies etc. Notice to OPs No.3 & 4 could not be issued for want of copies etc. At this stage, learned counsel for complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OPs, hence, he withdraws the present complaint.

                    In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
