          Request has been received from the President of learned District Forum, Gurgaon for transferring the complaint to any other District Forum having jurisdiction.

2.      It was on 17.05.2018 when the President of the learned District Forum, Gurgaon sent the request for transfer of proceedings. However, in the interregnum, the tenure of the President of the learned District Forum has come to an end and as such the application has been rendered infructuous and, accordingly, disposed of.

3.      Parties with their counsel shall appear before the learned District Forum, Gurgaon on 29.05.2019.
