Today the learned counsel for the opposite party No. 2 received the documents which were supplied by the counsel for the complainants on the last date of hearing and also made a statement to settle the claim of the complainant. His statement recorded and taken up on the file.

In view of the statement of the Ld. Counsel for opposite party No. 2, the present complaint is disposed of with the direction to the opposite party No. 2 to settle the claim of the complainant within 30 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. However, if the complainant not satisfy with the claim settlement by the opposite party No. 2 then he is at liberty to file a fresh complaint, if he desires so. There is no order as to costs or compensation. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to records after its due compliance.
