            This case is taken up today on the strength of an advance petition filed by the learned counsel for the complainant.  As the complainant wants to not press the case, memo filed in this regard to withdraw the CC 41 of 2021, hence prayed to close the case.  Perused the memo and the memo is allowed. As the complainant is prayed to withdraw the case with a prayer to file a fresh case with leave of the commission, accordingly the case is closed and the complainant is allowed to return back the documents filed in this case by the complainant as per list of documents.  The post of both Members are lying vacant.  

            The office is directed to supply copy of order to the complainant  free of cost  along with the documents filed by the complainant as per list of documents and a copy of same be sent to the server of www.confonet.nic.in for posting in internet and thereafter the file be consigned to record room.
