     Vide his separate statement recorded on 06.06.2024, Sh.Savinder Singh Gill, Counsel for Complainant/DH has stated that the complainant/DH has received the first installment alongwith default interest as per settlement from JD. It has been further stated by counsel for complainant/DH that complainant/DH does not want to proceed with the present execution application further and prayed the same be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied and it be disposed of in Upbhokta Lok Adalat. In view of the statement made by the counsel for complainant/DH, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
