ORDER

Counsel for the parties state that the matter stands settled between the parties. The amount of agreed interest @9% p.a. shall be paid within 15 days from today. The principal amount of Rs.22,50,000/- shall be paid thereafter in two equated monthly installments.

                   In view of above settlement, this complaint stands disposed of.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge
