     Sh.Sanjeev Gupta, Advocate, has appeared on behalf of complainant and filed his vakalatnama.

     Vide his separate statement, Sh.Sanjeev Gupta, Counsel for Complainant has stated that he may be allowed to withdraw the present consumer complaint with liberty to file fresh complaint with better particulars on the same cause of action. In view of the statement made by counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh complaint with better particulars on the same cause of action, subject to law of limitation.
