This is a complaint filed by the complainant under Section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to direct the opposite parties to refund Rs.34,300/- the cost of the Fridge and to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and physical sufferings and to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- towards cost of this complaint.
2. Notice to opposite parties were duly served. The first and second Opposite parties remained absent and set ex parte. The third opposite party filed reply version. Hence, the matter was posted for complainant's side evidence.
3. Today this complaint was called. Complainant and Counsel absent. The third opposite party and Counsel absent. Complainant called absent for more than six hearings. No representation made. No efforts taken by the complainant to adduce evidence and to proceed the matter. No interest shown by the complainant. Hence, this complaint is hereby dismissed for default. No costs.
