On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that last appearance was entered into by the complainant on 10.11.2022. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for consecutive three hearings including today. Pleadings are also not complete till date. Commission is not inclined to accommodate complaint any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for willful non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
