ORDER

Called out. Complainant is present. Sri P.D. Madappa is present for the opponent. He produced a certified copy of the order passed by the State Commission, Bangalore in complaint No.115/1990. The facts of the said case were similar to the facts of the case on hand in that the complainant has purchased the vehicle for commercial purposes. He will not be a consumer. Heard both sides and considered the documents. Since the complaint is not a consumer as defined in the consumer protection Act 1986 he cannot maintain this complaint. Hence, the following order is made. Complaint is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs.
