Extract Order Passed On Dt. 03.12.2021.        

            The matter   is posted today for  service of copy and hearing  . In the mean time advocate for the petitioner filed withdrawal petition to withdraw the case. In the petition stating there in that the dispute between the parties has been settled and the O.P has already issued the N.O.C in favour of the petitioner . Accordingly the petitioner does  not want to proceed with the dispute  .  Heard the Petition  and it is allowed .

            Hence  the matter   is dismissed as withdrawn.
