HON’BLE JUSTICE SRI A. CHAKRABARTI, PRESIDENT.

 

Revision Petitioner is present through Mr. A. Samaddar, the authorized representative.  After hearing the representative of the Petitioner it appears that witness concerned has already been cross-examined in part.  Such proceeding is to be completed and, therefore, we do not find any ground to interfere with the impugned order.   But in view of the contention of Petitioner we grant liberty to make application for completion of cross-examination in Commission with appropriate materials and if such application is made the Forum below will be entitled to consider the same on merit in accordance with law and pass appropriate order.  In any event in view of the state of health of the Petitioner, as stated before us, the proceeding should be disposed of expeditiously as possible.  The revision petition is dismissed with above observation.
