                 File taken up today on the application moved by learned counsel of DH/complainant. Power of attorney on behalf of JD/OP filed. Learned counsel of DH/complainant has made a statement that he has received Rs.24,00/- from the JDs/OPs. Hence he withdraws his execution petition.

                   In view of statement learned counsel of DH/complainant the present execution petition is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
