1. Heard Shri Rajeev Ranjan, Counsel for the appellant.

2. In this appeal, challenge has been made to order dated 08.07.2014 by which complaint of appellant herein i.e. complainant before the District Forum has been dismissed in default.

3. We have gone through the reasoning due to which appellant could not appear on 08.07.2014 before the District Forum.  In view of the reasoning given for non-appearance, the order dated 08.07.2014 is set aside and the complaint is restored to its original position.  The appellant herein i.e. complainant shall appear before the District Forum on 28.11.14, thereafter the District Forum shall proceed further in the matter in accordance with law.

4. It is clarified that before proceeding further in the matter, the District Forum shall serve notice to OPs.
