ORDER

     At this stage, vide her separate statement, Ms.Isha Kakaria, Complainant/DH has stated that in addition to the amount of Rs.22,80,944/- already received from JD, today she has received two cheques, i.e. cheque No.006414 dated 27.03.2024 for Rs.41,354/- and cheque No.006416 dated 01.04.2024 for Rs.36,933/- both drawn on HDFC Bank in her favour from JD. It has been further stated by complainant/DH that the order dated 08.11.2023 passed by this Commission in CC/74/2023 has been complied with by JD, hence, she does not want to proceed with the present execution application further and prayed that the same be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied subject to realization of aforesaid cheques. In view of the statement made by complainant/DH, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied, subject to realization of aforesaid cheques.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned
