This petition is filed by the Petitioner/Decree Holder/Complainant against the Judgment Debtors/Respondents/Opposite parties to attachment of movable properties of the Judgment Debtors and pays the same to the decree holder/petitioner.
Complainant present, both sides counsel present, CMP.59/2019 and 79/2019 are dismissed as not pressed.
Complainant filed memo stating that he received the entire amount of Rs.11,50,000/- (Rupees eleven lakhs fifty thousand only) memo recorded. Full satisfaction of award amount recorded.
Hence this Execution Application is terminated.
