Yogesh Garg vs. M/s Mahindra Holidays.

 

Present:     Complainant with Sh.Harvinder Aneja, Adv.

      Sh.Mange Ram Panwar, Adv. for opponent No.1.

      (Defence of opponent No.1 struck off on 29.12.2021).

      (Notice of complaint was not ordered against opponents No.2,4,5,6 & 7).

      None for opponent No.3.

 

           Parties have entered into amicable settlement. On behalf of opponent No.1 an amount of Rs.350000/- (Rs.Three lacs fifty thousand) only paid through DD No.514696, photo copy of the DD retained on the record.  Consequently, the complainant received the original demand draft and suffered statement to withdraw the present complaint.

                Keeping in view the statement of complainant, no cause of action revives in favour of the complainant and present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with no order as to costs. File be consigned to the record-room.
