Power of attorney on behalf of OPs no.1 and 2, filed. Authority letter also filed by OP No.2. Complainant made a statement that settlement has been effected with the OP no.1 in the present matter. In view of the alleged settlement, he received a DD bearing No.514205 dated 5.5.2021 amounting to Rs.65,000/-(Rs. Sixty Five thousand only) from the OP no.1, so he withdraws the present complaint being fully satisfied.
In view of the statement made above by the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
File be consigned to the record after due compliance.
