Sh. Sandeep Singh has filed his authority letter on behalf of  Sh. Lalit Sood Advocate and filed power of attorney of Sh. Lalit Sood Advocate on behalf of opposite party. Statement of Smt. Monika complainant recorded to the effect that she has received a cheque bearing No. 514206 dated 19.5.2021 amounting to Rs. 1,10,000/- from opposite party as full and final settlement of her claim and withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied. In view of the statement of complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned records after its due compliance.
