CONSUMER COMPLAINT NO. 427  OF  2020

ORDER

     This consumer complaint taken up preponed today as per order dated 10.06.2022 passed in Miscellaneous Application No.63 of 2022 filed by complainant for preponement of the complaint and for its disposal in terms of the settlement.

     Vakalatnama on behalf of OPs has been filed. Counsel for OPs has handed over a draft for an amount of Rs.4,50,000/- to the counsel for complainant, which the counsel for complainant has received and made statement, recorded separately, which is reproduced as under:-

     “Statement of Sh.Manu K.Bhandari, Counsel for   Complainant.

     That the matter has been settled between the parties. As per settlement, I have received demand draft bearing     No.515401 dated 08.04.2022 for an amount of Rs.4,50,000/- in the name of complainant Shilpa Bhandari from the counsel for OPs towards full and final      settlement in this case. Hence, I withdraw the present   consumer complaint being settled.”

     Photocopy of the draft has been placed on record. In view of the aforesaid statement made by the counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
