ORDER

Today  the present execution is fixed for consideration on the statement  so tendered by counsel for DH on 27.07.202 before this commission wherein he has stated that a Revision Petition is pending before Hon,ble NCDRC, New Delhi and requested for sine die the present execution till the decision of Revision Petition No.418 of 2021 pending before Hon’ble NCDRC, New Delhi.

                   In view of the statement so tendered by learned counsel for DH, present execution is adjourned sine die till the decision of Revision Petition No.418 of 2021 by Hon’ble NCDRC, New Delhi. However, either of the party can move an application for restoration of the execution after the decision of Revision Petition No.418 of 2021 by the Hon’ble NCDRC, New Delhi.
