                        The complainant and O.Ps appears before the forum. The O.Ps filed a cheque in supporting the claim of the Complainant. 

                        The  complaint has filed a petition stating therein that he has received the Cheque  bearing No.033798 dt.11.05.2016 payable for an amount of Rs.13,000/-  towards his claim amount  against the handset and satisfied with the amount and does not want to proceed further with this case.

                              We perused the petition and also heard the   complainant.  As the complainant   has   received his claim amount and does not want to proceed further with this, the complaint is hereby closed   and disposed of accordingly.                

                        Send the copy of order to both the parties free of cost.
