Today is fixed for admission hearing of the case.

At this stage the Complainant, Pranab Das files an application for permitting him to withdraw the case.

Heard the Complainant. He submits that he has amicably settled the case out of the Forum and intends to withdraw the case.

We do not find any impediment to allow the petition.

Accordingly, the prayer is allowed.

              That the Complainant is permitted to withdraw the case No. CC/117/2015. No costs.
