            The record is put up today for passing order on a petition filed by the Complainant.

The Complainant in a petition stated that he received the mobile handset from the O.Ps for which he did not willing to proceed with this case against the O.Ps in this Forum. He also stated that he is totally satisfied with the new mobile handset which he gets from the O.Ps and he has no allegation against the O.Ps anymore.

            Heard the Complainant.

           Considering the facts & circumstances of the present case and prayer of the Complainant, we are in considered opinion is that the present Case No. CC/86/2016 is to be disposed off.

           Thus the prayer of the Complainant is allowed accordingly.

Hence,

          Ordered,

                        That the present complaint be and the same is disposed off with full satisfaction.

          Let plain copy of this Final Order be made available and be supplied free of cost, to the concerned party.
