         The Complainant is absent without taking any step.  None appears on behalf of the Complainant on repeated calls.

         Today is fixed for filing show cause by the Complainant.  It appears from the C/R that the Complainant remained absent on last date also.  Today no show cause is filed by the Complainant. Thus, it appears that the Complainant has no interest to proceed with this case.  Thus, the present case is deserved to be dismissed.
