On 25/7/23 and on 2/08/23 there was no quorum so no order could be passed on the compromise petition filed on 25/7/23. from perusal of compromise petition it transpries that it is duely signed by either side and they have settled their dispute amicably. Defendent is present today and complainant could not attend the forum due to his illness but he supported the contents of compromise petition fully well which is mention as terms and conditions of settlement in the last para of compromise petition. 

                                                     Thus in the interest of justice the compromise petition is ordered to be accepted and accordingly the case is disposedof on the basis of compromise.
