No step taken by the complainant today. None appears on behalf of the complainant during its call repeatedly.

On scrutiny of records, it appears that since 02.08.2023 complainant has been absenting himself from attending the Ld. Commission for conducting his case. Therefore, complainant was directed to show cause as to why the present complaint shall not be dismissed for default and date was fixed on 27.02.2024 .

Today also the complainant is absent and no step taken on his behalf. Therefore, we have no other option but to dismiss the complaint on the ground of default.  

Hence, it is

that the present Consumer Complaint being No.188/2021  be and the same is dismissed for default  against the complainant without any cost.

Let a copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.
