                   File taken up today (11.08.2023) on the application moved by the complainant.

                    Complainant has made a statement that the he has received the payment from the OPs by way of DD bearing no.518798 dated 24.07.2023 for a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- and thus, he does not want to continue with the present complaint and it may be dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Statement recorded separately.

                   Heard.

                   Keeping in view the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Certified copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
