Complainant states that since OP resolved all the issues with regard to the newly purchased car worth Rs. 7,83,000/- faced by him. No grievance left and requested to withdraw the matter subject to 06 months additional warranty from the date of repair from OP 1 for which GM of OP 1 also given consent. Therefore, matter is dismissed as satisfied.  

The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of  this order be given Dasti.

 File be consigned to the record room.
