Both parties state that the matter has been amicably settled between parties for an amount of Rs. 10,32,000/-  as  full and final settlement. OP undertakes to make the balance payment within 02 weeks.  

The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed off as settled.   Copy of  this order be given Dasti.
