                   Mr. Mukesh Kumar Pandey, Associate of Mr. Amrish Chander Tiwari, counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he may be permitted to file his power of attorney and permit to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before appropriate authority. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

2.               Present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn, in pursuance of the statement made by learned counsel for the complainant. However, complainant is at liberty to file a fresh complaint before appropriate authority. File be consigned to the records.
